For people applying to way too many jobs

Stop typing your life story into every application.

QuickApply is a Chrome extension that fills job forms in one click. Name, email, LinkedIn, portfolio, all of it. Your info lives on your laptop, not in some startup's cloud.

Launching soon. Early access goes out in small batches.

The typing tax

How much of your life goes into retyping the same stuff?

Drag the sliders. Be honest. Nobody's watching.

Every year you spend

78 hours

typing things you already know by heart.

That's 39 movie nights.

Plan B, built in

Some sites block extensions. Cool. We speedrun them.

Every field in QuickApply has a copy button. Try it: copy a value from QuickApply, then click the field it belongs to.

Privacy, but make it real

Your info stays home. Like, actually.

Most autofill tools want an account and a copy of your whole work history on their servers. QuickApply keeps everything in your browser, on your laptop.

  • No account, no sign up, no "verify your email"
  • Lock it with a PIN and it gets encrypted
  • Delete everything in two clicks, whenever
  • Back it up as one file you own

The good stuff

Small tool. Big main character energy.

One click, every field

Name, email, phone, links, location, salary. It even finds the forms hiding inside embedded job boards like Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby.

Two emails, one tap

Personal for startups, the serious one for banks. Switch before you fill.

Custom fields

Pronouns, notice period, "how did you hear about us". Save the weird ones once.

Copy buttons everywhere

Site blocks extensions? Copy, paste, done. No dead ends.

Dark mode, obviously

Light, dark, your call. Go on, try it.

Real questions

Stuff people ask.

Does it apply to jobs for me?

No. It fills the boring fields so you can spend your energy on the parts that matter. You still read the job post and hit submit. And yes, the cover letter is still on you. Sorry.

Where does my info go?

Nowhere. It's saved in your browser on your own computer. There's no account and no server holding your profile. Add a PIN if you share your laptop.

Which job sites does it work on?

Most of them, including forms embedded from Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. When a site blocks extensions or uses a fancy custom dropdown, the copy buttons get you through in seconds.
